The Protocol

All facials are customized to each individuals skin the day of their treatment. Facials always begin with a thorough cleansing before the skin is analyzed , progress photos are taken if necessary, and then the active portion of the treatment is decided upon. After the treatment, any aftercare instructions are given and a full at home skin care regimen is delivered upon checkout. Everything that is done and discussed in the treatment is documented in a client chart so we always know what has been done in the past and how to move forward. This approach is what makes Hybrid Skincare unique and allows us to actively and accurately reach your skin goals, together.

New Clients

New client appointments will allow extra time to fill out a short intake questionnaire about your skin history and current products used. Taking a photo of your products or bringing them with you to your first appointment is a great idea.

BOOKING NOTE*

New client appointments require a credit card at booking. Nothing is charged to the credit card unless someone no shows or late cancels which is 24 hours before appointment. No show/late cancel fee is $100. After a relationship is established, credit cards are no longer needed to book appointments.

Treatment details *

* Chemical peels are used to stimulate cell turnover meaning it helps facilitate shedding of dead skin cells and stimulating new skin cells to generate. There are a wide range of strengths and formulations that can improve almost any skin type and condition.

*Massage is not always indicated after stronger chemical peels so there might be times when the face portion of the massage is skipped though usually the neck, shoulders, hands and arms can be included so you always feel pampered and cared for.

*Derma-planing is when a sterile blade is used to remove fine facial hair and dead skin leaving the skin smooth, silky and accepting of products applied afterwards. This treatment is appropriate for most skin types but will be decided on the day of the treatment.

*Oxygen infusion is a device that uses compressed oxygen and an air gun to drive specially designed low molecular weight serums into the skin to deeply hydrate and treat specific concerns depending on the serum chosen. This device also features aan oxygen dome that can be placed over the head creating an oxygen "bubble" to help penetrate products and calm the mind.

*High Frequency is an electrical device that helps to painlessly kill acne causing bacteria reducing the size and duration of acne lesions.

*LightStim® LED light therapy is a clinical grade device that provides red or blue light helping to stimulate collagen and elastin production, reduce inflammation and kill acne causing bacteria on the skin.

The Hybrid Clinical Facial

This results driven facial is focused on deeply cleansing and stimulating the skin and tissues to deliver not only a refreshed and glowing finish but long term anti aging benefits as well. This facial can include dermaplaning*, oxygen infusion*, chemical peeling*, LED light therapy and high frequency*. Includes a custom tailored mask and a face*, neck and shoulder massage.

The Hybrid Spa Facial

This relaxing and soothing facial is less machine driven and more hands on healing and manipulation. This facial can include gentle enzymes that help to digest dead skin cells leaving the skin smooth and soft with no dryness or peeling usually associated with stronger peels. This facial includes a full lymphatic drainage massage of the face neck and shoulders and a rejuvenating hand and arm massage that will leave not only your skin glowing but your mind and body renewed as well.

The Diamond Glow Facial®

The Diamond Glow® is a medical grade hyrdro-dermabrasion machine that utilizes Skin Medica® serums to simultaneously infuse, extract and resurface the skin so that it is noticeably brighter and softer for up to 7 days post procedure. This device is highly customizable so serums and depth of exfoliation are decided for each individual. This treatment is appropriate for almost all skin types and conditions including safe use during pregnancy. This facial includes a face, neck and shoulder lymphatic drainage massage and a nourishing mask. This treatment can include LED light therapy if appropriate.

The Hybrid Gentlemen's Facial

This treatment is designed to deeply cleanse and nourish the skin, hair and pores of the face to thoroughly decongest and brighten the skin. This facial can include oxygen infusion, chemical peeling if appropriate, LED light therapy or high frequency*. A stimulating and lifting facial massage and mask are applied before antioxidants and finishing products.

The Hybrid Acne Facials

This facial pays special attention to the varying needs of clients who are using over the counter treatments or prescription oral and topical medications. After a thorough cleansing, an exfoliation step will remove any dead skin buildup and clear the way for easier extractions to be done. After clearing congested pores a clarifying mask in applied and blue LED is used to help calm inflammation and kill excess bacteria. High frequency is used to further reduce bacteria and allow for deeper penetration of treating and healing serums that are applied at the end.

*This facial can include chemical peels, if appropriate, to everyone including folks 15 years and over with parental consent.

*This facial does not include facial massage as it can be overstimulating for acneic skin though a relaxing neck and shoulder massage is included for adults.

In your consultation we will analyze your skin, take pictures if necessary and completely map out a treatment plan that will comprehensibly help you to reach your skin goals. Cupping is gentle technique used for myo-facial release and lymphatic drainage which helps to smooth facial contours and decrese fluid retention. This is availbe at no extra charge during any 90 min treatment as long as it is appropriate for skin condition.

Micro current is a gentle non invasive electrotherapy device that helps to stimulate muscles and tissue, increasing cellular activity in the skin. This energizing and lifting treatment complements most facials beautifully.
