For first time clients a credit card is required to book and there is $100 non refundable fee if an appointment is late cancelled or no showed.
For established clients the $100 fee is determined on a case by case basis. If excessive cancellations or no shows are repeated, a credit card must be kept on file and a $100 non refundable charge will be implemented for all missed or late canceled appointments.
Excessive cancellations, even if more then 24 hours before the appointment can be disruptive. A deposit may be required to book in these cases and is up to the owners discretion to implement.
It is not within my scope to "diagnose" or "treat" any skin conditions. I can not prescribe any medications. As an aesthetician I can suggest products and offer facials that can improve the appearance of the skin . Due to my dermatology experience and knowledge, I will always recommend you see a dermatologist if I see something concerning or out of my scope.
I have really sensitive skin too! I understand being cautious with new products and treatments as one never really knows what their skin will love or not. I always start with gentle treatments as I get to know a persons skin and together we move into stronger more aggressive treatments slowly and gradually if needed.
